The annual Cambridge Leadership Summit, organised by Cambridge University Press and Assessment, was held at the Hilton Kuala Lumpur from 23rd April to 24th April 2026. The school principal, Mr. Ng Jooi Seah, and Mr Kenneth Foong were invited to attend this prestigious event, which brought together educational leaders from across the region.
During the summit, Mr Kenneth Foong was given the opportunity to represent the school in a dialogue session, where he shared our school’s success stories and best practices. The session was moderated by Mr. Ivan Sorrentino, Head of Professional Learning & Development (NASP) at Cambridge University Press and Assessment. It was indeed an engaging and insightful session, as it enabled participants to exchange ideas and reflect on effective approaches to school leadership and educational development.
In addition, both Mr Ng and Mr Kenneth Foong attended several sessions delivered by invited speakers, which focused on the power of human-centred artificial intelligence. These sessions highlighted how AI can be meaningfully integrated into education while maintaining a strong emphasis on human values, ethical considerations, and student well-being. The speakers emphasised that technology should serve as a tool to enhance, rather than replace, the role of educators.
Overall, the Cambridge Leadership Summit was a highly enriching experience that provided valuable insights into leadership, innovation, and the future of education. The knowledge and perspectives gained from the summit will contribute to the school’s continuous efforts to enhance teaching practices and improve student outcomes.
