鍾靈獨立中學2024年度新生入学考试报名事宜

本校将从2023年5月2日（星期二）起开始接受新生入学考试报名， 凡就读于2023年度小学六年级的学生都有资格参加，外籍生则须听懂基本华语。欢迎有兴趣的家长或同学踊跃报名。

报考程序：

1. 填写电子版“新生报考表格” https://clphs2.sms2.1cube.my/entrance_assessment
2. 缴付入学考试费RM30予本校银行户口：
   • 银行名称     : UOB (M) BHD
   • 户口名称     : Chung Ling Private High School
   • 户口号码     : 205 303 0787
3. 上载以下文件：
   • 学生报生纸副本
   • 入学考试费收收据（请在收据注明学生姓名及家长电话号码）
4. 请到本校提交学生照片1张、五或六年级学校成绩单副本、及校内外得奖文凭副本。

考试事项：

• 考试日期            ：2023年9月10日（星期日）
• 时间                     :   8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
• 地点                     :   鍾靈獨立中學课室
• 科目                     ：华文、国文、英文、数学、科学
• 考试范围            ：小学UPSR课程

Chung Ling Private High School 2024 New Intake Entrance Exam Registration

The school accepts registrations for entrance examinations starting 2^nd May 2023 (Tuesday). Standard Six students in the year 2023 are eligible to register. International students who are interested to study at Chung Ling Private High School should be able to understand basic Chinese. Interested parents and students are welcome to register.

Registration procedures：

1. Parents may fill in the “New Intake Registration Form” https://clphs2.sms2.1cube.my/entrance_assessment
2. Make payment for entrance exam fees RM30.00 to:
   • Bank                                  : UOB (M) BHD
   • Account Name                  : Chung Ling Private High School
   • Account Number              : 205 303 0787
3. Upload the following documents:
   • Copy of birth certificate
   • The receipt of the entrance exam fees (please indicate the name of the student and contact number of parents on the receipt)
4. Please submit the photo, a copy of the result slip and co-curriculum certificates of student in person during office hours.

Exam Matter:

• Date       ：10^th September 2023 (Sunday)

• Subjects：Chinese, Malay, English, Mathematics and Science
